SHIPPING POLICY

Melolelo currently ships to the following countries/regions:

  • Netherlands 

  • Belgium

  • European Union

  • United Kingdom

 

We usually ship all orders within 3-5 business days, depending of your location. You will automatically receive a shipping notification when your order has been shipped. If you didn't receive a shipping notification after 7 business days? Please send us an email at info@melolelo.store

When your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a separate email with the tracking information. When you have questions about the tracking information, please contact us by email at info@melolelo.store

Ship to The Netherlands:

Price: will be calculated during checkout | Free shipping on orders over €75,-

Delivery time: within 1-5 days after receiving the track & trace information by mail. Please keep in mind that this may vary during the Holiday season (e.g. Valentines, Black Friday, Christmas, etc).  

Ship to Belgium:

Price: 9.50,- | Free shipping on orders over €100,-

Delivery time: within 2-5 days after receiving the track & trace information by mail. Please keep in mind that this may vary during the Holiday season (e.g. Valentines, Black Friday, Christmas, etc).  

Ship to European Union and United Kingdom:

Price: will be calculated during checkout | Free shipping on orders over €175,-

Delivery time: within 2-14 days after receiving the track & trace information by mail. Please keep in mind that this may vary during the Holiday season (e.g. Valentines, Black Friday, Christmas, etc).

If your order is delayed you can see the information in the tracking information by mail. If you not sure if everything is right in the shipment, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the product we are unable to accept returns unless the package is unopened and fully sealed.

 

The package can be returned by following the return link which you have received when your order was shipped. Please do note that you will be charged for the full costs of the return shipment. We also offer store credit at our discretion so should any issue arise please contact us within 14 days after placement of the order. Please send us an email at info@melolelo.store so that the matter can be resolved.
