You can now pick up all your Melolelo orders for FREE at The Pop-Up Nest Located in Amsterdam Central station. Your order will be ready for pickup within 1 business day. 


Please wait for the confirmation email before pickup. Order confirmation & ID is required for pickup. You can then come and pickup your order at The Pop-Up Nest in Amsterdam. Adress: Stationplein 31B (Amstelpassage) Amsterdam Central Station

  • Netherlands (domestic)

  • Belgium​


We usually ship all orders in 3-5 business days, depending of your location. You will automatically receive a shipping notification when your order has been shipped. If you didn't receive a shipping notification after 7 business days? Please send us an email at

When your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a separate email with the tracking information. When you have questions about the tracking information, please contact us by email at

For The Netherlands, your order will be delivered at your home in 1-5 days after receiving the track & trace information by mail. Free shipping on orders over €50,-

For Belgium your order will be delivered at your home in 2-5 days after receiving the track & trace information by mail. Free shipping on orders over €75,-

If your order is delayed you can see the information in the tracking information by mail. If you not sure if everything is right in the shipment, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the product we are unable to accept returns unless the package is unopened and fully sealed.


The package can be returned by following the return link which you have received when your order was shipped. Please do note that you will be charged for the full costs of the return shipment. We also offer store credit at our discretion so should any issue arise please contact us within 14 days after placement of the order. Please send us an email at so that the matter can be resolved.
